An active REALTOR® for more than 27 years and a real estate sales manager, trainer, and coach for over 23 years, Roger Morris brings an exceptional background, sharp skills, and a deep passion for the business to his role as SWFL Regional Manager with ERA Real Estate. Roger began his Real Estate Career in Alaska in 1996. In his first two years as a Realtor®, Roger quickly became an award-winning top producer. In 1999 he answered the call to leadership and became the office Sales Manager, trainer, and coach. Roger and his family relocated to SW Florida in 2010.
Prior to entering the real estate field, Roger worked as a Flight Operations Instructor for an International Aeronautics School, where he developed his passion for training in the capacity of teaching airline personnel for both domestic and foreign air carriers. Roger continues this passion for training, and holds a State of Florida Real Estate Instructor License and serves as a member of the Florida REALTORS® training faculty. In his role as Manager Broker with ERA Cape Realty, his focus is to help members of his team achieve maximum levels of success in their day-to-day businesses, as well as to mentor new agents in launching successful careers.
Roger graduated from Emory University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He lives in Cape Coral with Janet, his wife of over 30 years, and their daughter Katherine, a graduate student at UNC Chapel Hill. He enjoys kayaking, cycling, camping, and spending time with his family.
